Call us, use the online form or simply drop by. The sooner we see the damage, the sooner we can tell you what the repair involves.

Free damage inspection
We inspect the vehicle at our workshop in Kolbermoor, record every area of damage photographically and discuss the repair options with you. The inspection is free of charge and commits you to nothing.

Estimate and insurance
You receive a detailed, binding estimate. If an insurer is involved, we prepare the assessment and settle directly with them – you do not pay up front.

Booking and replacement vehicle
We agree a date that suits you. On request we collect your vehicle and provide a replacement car for the duration of the repair.

The repair
Bodywork, welding to DIN EN ISO 9606, respraying in the exact original colour in our own spray booth, and infrared drying. Every step is documented.

Final inspection and handover
We check the work, take the car for a test drive and hand it back cleaned – together with the full repair documentation.
How long does it take?
A smart repair is usually done in two to four hours. Dent removal by PDR takes a few hours for individual dents, or two to five days for hail damage. A typical accident repair takes three to fifteen working days depending on the extent of the damage and parts availability. We give you a realistic date when you drop the car off.
