For larger claims, yes – and if you were not at fault, the other party's insurer normally pays for it. We work with independent assessors and arrange this for you.
Secure the scene, call the police if anyone is injured or the damage is significant, exchange details with the other party, and photograph the damage and the position of both vehicles. Then contact us – ideally before you speak to the insurer.
