What we collect
When you use our contact or damage report form, we process the details you enter – name, email address, and the content of your message – solely in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Cookies and analytics
We use technically necessary functions only – CSRF protection for our forms and storing your privacy decision. Beyond that we use Vercel Web Analytics, which records anonymised page views without cookies and without building cross-site profiles. Analytics runs only with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
Google Maps
The map on our contact page is only loaded after you actively click to load it. No data is transferred to Google before that point.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@tarkusch-fleischer.de.
