What happens next

    Tell us what happened

    Send us a short description of the damage using the form below, or call us. Photos help a great deal – you can email them to us afterwards.

    We assess and quote

    We inspect the vehicle, record the damage photographically and prepare a detailed estimate. The inspection itself is free of charge.

  3. 3

    We deal with your insurer

    If the damage is covered, we settle directly with your German insurer. You do not have to pay up front, and we prepare the assessment on your behalf.

  4. 4

    Repair and handover

    We repair the vehicle to manufacturer specifications and hand it back after a final inspection and test drive. A replacement vehicle is available on request.
